Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item received is damaged during transit.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with the original packaging.
- Include all certificates, invoices, and accessories provided with the order.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Customized or personalized gemstone orders.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Items returned without their original gemstone certificate.
- Products returned after the eligible return period.
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for the return, and clear photographs if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Securely pack the product with all original documents and accessories before shipping it back.
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect items delivered.
- Damaged products received during shipping.
- Approved cases where another gemstone of equal value is requested (subject to availability).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include photographs of:
- The product received.
- The packaging.
- The shipping label.
- Any visible damage.
Our team will promptly review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Agarwalgems Creations will assist with the return process where applicable.
- For returns requested for other approved reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.
